Step 3 - More Feathers

To complete the feather shapes, you draw a line from the end of the guideline to the next guideline. There are some differences, at least in raptor (hawk, eagle) wings between the shape of the ends of the top 4-5 primaries off the hand and the feathers that extend from along the arm. They tend to have a small indentation. I've shown it most clearly here on the top two feathers. It's a subtle thing to remember, but it will give your wing a really striking and realistic look.
