Here, I've just refined things a little more. I'm starting to plan how Im going to color this guy. The second line in the lower middle portion of the neck is a divider for me to know where to use a light belly color below, and a dark main body color above. I've also added a line on the horn, to show where the skin of the dragon receeds, exposing the shiny bone-like surface of the horn itself.
